Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Beyond Bake Essentials (operated by ANANDAMELA ENTERPRISE). The following terms constitute our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

1. Delivery Coverage

We provide Pan-India shipping, delivering to most serviceable pin codes across India through reputed third-party courier partners and logistics aggregators.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timeline

  • All confirmed orders are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 7–8 business days of placing the order.

  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays and national public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timelines

  • Variable Rates & Timelines: Shipping charges and estimated transit times are calculated based on the weight/volume of the shipment and the customer's delivery location (pin code).

  • Exact shipping charges will be automatically displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

  • Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

4. Courier Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • While we ensure timely dispatch from our facility within 7–8 days, transit delays caused by third-party courier networks, weather conditions, local restrictions, strikes, or festive backlogs are beyond our direct control.

  • We are not liable for transit delays caused by the courier service, but our support team will actively assist in tracking and escalating delays with the logistics provider.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp containing the courier details and AWB tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking link to update its initial status.

6. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If the outer packaging appears severely damaged, tampered with, or torn at the time of delivery:

  • Please take photos of the package before opening it.

  • Record a complete, unedited unboxing video immediately.

  • Report the issue on the exact same day of delivery to beyondbake81@gmail.com or +91 8276871500 as per our Return & Damage Policy.
